OVERVIEW
As we had more people using the web app we saw there was an overwhelming request for a mobile app for both photographers and their clients. I worked with a team of developers to build the Pass Plus mobile app on iOS.
PROCESS
To start designing this app, I collected feedback from our current users, our customer support team, and created an inspiration board of similar apps. I set out some high level priorities, began to whiteboard, and then moved into Sketch to start making screens.
PHOTOGRAPHER SIDE
A large part of the mobile app is facing our customers, the photographers. I designed and prototyped the full photographer side experience screen by screen.
THE CLIENT SIDE
The other side of the app is facing the client of the photographer. These people will get the link to the gallery with a prompt to download the app. They will be able to view their photos, share them, make favorites, save photos offline, and even order prints.
THE PROTOTYPE
I created a prototype of the app in order to move through the screens and pass off assets to the developers.
