OVERVIEW

Every person who applies for a position at eBay becomes an ambassador for our brand. Weather they take the position or not, they experience the initial steps on onboarding with us. We have taken steps to Pre visualize what onboarding at eBay could look like. From the beginning, when you apply for a position, all the way through your first week on the job. We look at the experience as a customer journey, and we are designing intentional moments along the way so our new hires feel welcomed and connected as they join the company.

PROCESS

We started by mapping out every step of the on boarding process and looking closely at how we could make each experience intentional and memorable for the candidate.

MOBILE APP PROTOTYPE

I created a prototype for both iPhone and iPad to show some of the screens that a candidate would move through as they signed up and went through the process of interviewing with eBay Inc.
